Black hat for long hair

∆ Mon secret routine cheveux?

Love, Dh.

Today, let's talk about one of the main girls concerns: hair. I realized after this photo shooting that my hair was incredibly long. I hadn't had it that long since age 11, so almost 15 years ago... By that time, my dream of becoming a Pokemon hunter was brutally shattered, I wanted to be Buffy the vampire slayer and I had velcro sneakers... On the whole, those are painful memories.

I would be lying saying I take care of my hair, actually it's pretty much the contrary : I don't have any magic tricks, I just "let them free".

What is my secret for long hair? healthy food (I really try to eat well as often as I can but I refuse to enter in a vicious circle, feeling guilty when I eat junk food: if I want a burger, I eat a burger with NO REGRETS!), long night's sleep (I might not be the perfect example but I also try to have an 8-hour night's sleep in order to be in shape the day after. Weekend does not count hehe). And last but not least, I don't use conditionner, spray or any kind of "mousse". However, I've been using a hair dryer (with a diffuser) for my entire life and I never had any problem. It's obviously important to control the heat but if you are looking for natural curly hair and volume, you definitely should consider that option!

Why did I decide to use 0-extra ? Natural, natural, natural. I think that as long as you are giving your hair what it needs to be healthy, it will be in shape, shiny and grows fast. I think about my hair as plants: if you give your plants water, sun and from time to time, fertilizer, they will be the most wonderful plants you ever grow ! (true story) Think about it ;)

And now girls, how should I cut my hair? Any ideas?

For this outfit, I'm wearing a Zara t-shirt, a Stradivarius suede skirt and shoes (seen here) as well as a H&M hat and bag (old co).
